About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is continuing its rapid expansion across parts of North America, delivering next-generation cloud infrastructure to support enterprise and AI-driven workloads. As our cloud footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Lead Principal Technical Program Manager to drive complex Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) and Server Operations programs across parts of North America. This Lead Principal TPM will provide strategic and operational program leadership for a rapidly growing regional organization, with responsibility spanning Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, break-fix support, and automation across Oracle's cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will establish scalable program mechanisms that enable rapid regional expansion while maintaining operational excellence, customer service, workforce effectiveness, and technical rigor. This leader will partner across engineering and operations teams, standardize execution across multiple sites, and drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, process engineering, and data-driven program management. Requirements

Accomplished Lead Principal Technical Program Manager
Experience driving complex Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) and Server Operations programs
Experience providing strategic and operational program leadership for a rapidly growing regional organization
Experience spanning Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, break-fix support, and automation across cloud infrastructure
Experience establishing scalable program mechanisms that enable rapid regional expansion while maintaining operational excellence, customer service, workforce effectiveness, and technical rigor
Experience partnering across engineering and operations teams
Experience standardizing execution across multiple sites
Experience driving continuous improvement through automation, AI, process engineering, and data-driven program management
