Lead Principal Program Manager
About The Position
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to help drive large-scale infrastructure and operational initiatives supporting OCI’s rapid global expansion. This individual will operate as a highly strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for coordinating complex technical programs spanning data center infrastructure, AI-driven operational improvements, tooling initiatives, and executive-level delivery management. The ideal candidate is a versatile “jack-of-all-trades” TPM who combines strong technical depth, exceptional program leadership, executive communication skills, and operational rigor. This role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple organizations simultaneously.
