We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Head Start Program. In this leadership role, you'll guide classroom activities, implement educational programs, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Study Plan available)
Initial or Permanent B-2 Certification (or equivalent; Study Plan available)
2–5 years of experience working with children ages birth–4 in a classroom setting

Nice To Haves

Head Start experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all classroom functions with professionalism and care
Implement daily educational programs that support developmental milestones
Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality Head Start programming
Provide mentorship and guidance to classroom support staff
