About The Position

The Learning Experience of Astoria is searching for a passionate, dependable, and energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to guide their preschool classroom of children ages 2 years and older. The role involves creating a classroom where children feel excited to learn, encouraged to explore, and supported every step of the way. Requirements

Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program (REQUIRED).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare center (REQUIRED).
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills.
Ability to pass all required background checks and state compliance requirements.
