About The Position

Ginger Bread House is a nurturing, play-based environment that provides a safe and caring environment for all staff and families. Ginger Bread Preschool and Childcare has full-time and part-time openings for Teachers to join our dedicated team at all of our locations: Sun Prairie, Stoughton, McFarland, Windsor, Deforest! Requirements

Must have completed at least 80 working days as a full-time assistant childcare teacher or 120 days as a half-time assistant child care teacher.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be listed as a Level 7 or above on the Childcare Registry.
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care!

Nice To Haves

Experience and education are encouraged, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and implementing daily program.
Daily communication with parents, participate in parent conferences.
Children's record keeping (including progress reports twice a school year.)
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages exploration, play, and creativity
Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers
Model appropriate behavior and language for children and provide guidance and support as needed
Adhere to all licensing regulations and center policies
