What You’ll Do (Lead Teacher) Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning activities Build strong routines and positive guidance Actively supervise and maintain a safe, engaging classroom Communicate professionally with families Lead and coordinate with your co-teacher/assistant Maintain licensing/center standards for safety, cleanliness, and documentation Openings Lead Preschool Teacher (ages 3–4): play-based learning, routines, social-emotional development Lead Pre-K Teacher (ages 4–5): kindergarten readiness, small groups, early literacy/math foundations

Requirements

  • Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, Lead Teacher, or childcare teacher in a licensed setting
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong classroom leadership and communication
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements

Nice To Haves

  • CDA
  • ECE coursework
  • Early Childhood Education degree
  • Lead teacher experience
