You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, contributing to a smooth and efficient service. Requirements
- Prior kitchen or foodservice experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in demeanor
Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food prep tasks (washing, chopping, portioning)
- Set up and break down stations according to prep lists
- Stocking and re-stocking pantries
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, café, and storage areas
- Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash as needed
- Receive, store, and organize deliveries
- Dispose of trash and recycling following safety standards
- Support chefs and line cooks as needed during service
