About The Position

We’re growing and looking for a passionate Lead Prek Teachers to join our River Place campus for the Fall! As a Lead Teacher, you will prepare engaging lessons using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum, with plenty of room to bring your own creativity to life. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing responsive, attentive care to every child. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families through daily communication, photos, and meaningful updates. Foster a love of learning in a preschool setting and collaborate closely with your teaching team to create a supportive, inspiring classroom.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
  • At least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, or CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
  • 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, or 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting
