About The Position

Catholic Health Physicians Practices strives to deliver clinically excellent medical care to our patients. The Lead PSA must have 3-5 years of experience working in a physician practice. You will oversee front-end operations of the practice in partnership with the Office Manager. You will play a vital role in accommodating our patient's needs by providing exemplary customer service

Requirements

Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to maintain an image of professionalism in appearance and conduct at all times, understanding of medical office billing
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Front office duties: greeting patients, answering phone, scheduling patient and verifying insurances.
Demonstrate knowledge of insurance issues effecting patient care
Duties related to patient care in a team-based care and integrative health environment.
Manage tasks for the Physician
Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage/Assist with projects associated wit the practice.
Order and Manage inventory for the department.
Promote professional development opportunities within the department.
Facilitate effective communication among staff members.
