CapTech is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration. This role involves conducting in-depth assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365, advising on optimal organizational and team structures, and providing direct configuration and implementation assistance across various Dynamics 365 modules. The Lead will also oversee the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the setup of multiple work centers and external customer self-service features, as well as pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules. Fostering strong collaboration across client departments to guarantee an integrated and unified Dynamics 365 implementation approach is key. Additionally, the role involves designing and delivering effective training sessions, offering ongoing support, and continually assessing system performance to lead improvement initiatives.
