About The Position

This role involves strategic planning, organizational analysis, and hands-on configuration and implementation support for Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The Lead Power Platform Developer will be responsible for crafting implementation roadmaps, identifying optimization opportunities, advising on team structures, and leading the deployment of various Dynamics 365 modules, including Customer Service, HR, and Finance. The position requires fostering collaboration, delivering training, and driving continuous system improvement to enhance functionality, user experience, and business value.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
  • Experience utilizing CCaaS or Omnichannel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
  • Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical details for a non-technical audience.
  • Understanding how MS Dynamics integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365.
  • Advise on the optimal organizational and team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Provide direct configuration and implementation assistance across various Dynamics 365 modules, from pilot projects to major rollouts.
  • Lead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the setup of multiple work centers and external customer self-service features.
  • Oversee pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules, ensuring customization to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Foster strong collaboration across client departments to guarantee an integrated and unified Dynamics 365 implementation approach.
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions to users at all levels, promoting high platform adoption and competency.
  • Offer ongoing support to ensure the maximization of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Continually assess system performance and lead improvement initiatives to boost functionality, user experience, and business value.
