Requirements

Proven expertise in power electronics design and development
Strong project ownership and leadership capabilities
Hands-on experience with validation planning and execution
Proficiency in DFMEA, PFMEA, and requirement documentation
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with CCS MCS charger technology
Supplier management and commercial negotiation skills
Familiarity with global compliance and product safety standards

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of NPI and NTI programs for power electronics products (CCS MCS chargers)
Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and project success
Develop, document, and manage program requirements to meet customer and regulatory standards
Conduct competitive analysis to inform design and product strategy
Oversee hardware, software, validation, field, and product support activities
Drive supplier selection, coordination, and relationship management
Guide product design, development, validation, and commissioning
Provide technical support to field teams and resolve complex product issues
Plan, coordinate, and execute validation activities, including DFMEA and PFMEA
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards through rigorous requirement detailing
