As we continue to expand our global footprint, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Lead Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a Lead Platform & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating the infrastructure platform that supports scalable, secure, and highly available software and AI-driven solutions. You will lead cloud and on-premises deployment strategies, develop Infrastructure-as-Code standards, automate operational processes, and ensure platform reliability across production environments. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Kubernetes, container platforms, infrastructure automation, security, and operational excellence with the ability to collaborate across engineering, security, data, and AI/ML teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building, deploying, and operating enterprise infrastructure and platform solutions, including leadership experience within Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering functions.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, K3s, Helm, Linux, networking, and production-grade container orchestration platforms.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation technologies, including Terraform, Ansible, Packer, configuration management, automated provisioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Proven experience designing and operating secure, highly available infrastructure, including secrets management, certificate management, observability platforms, disaster recovery, and operational resiliency.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and modern DevOps practices, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Gitea Actions, release automation, monitoring, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
Nice To Haves
- Experience deploying solutions within regulated industries, customer-managed or on-premises environments, object storage solutions, GPU infrastructure, and AI/ML platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform infrastructure supporting cloud, single-tenant, and customer-managed deployment environments.
- Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, deployment automation, configuration management, and environment provisioning using modern DevOps practices.
- Develop and operate containerized platforms leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, K3s, Helm, and related technologies to support secure and reliable application delivery.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release automation, environment promotion strategies, rollback procedures, and operational best practices.
- Partner with security teams to implement encryption, network segmentation, secrets management, certificate management, access controls, and infrastructure hardening standards.
- Drive platform observability, reliability, incident response, capacity planning, monitoring, and operational readiness while supporting production deployments and on-call activities.
