About The Position

We are posting for a 1st Shift role: 7am-3pm. The primary purpose of this role is to train and supervise the Support Team Member's who directly SUPPORT the Coach by efficiently and accurately changing over our production equipment from job to job. This supports the Coach in our effort to create good parts on time for our customers so they will continually grow trust and confidence in me and my organization. This role is crucial because our reputation is our most valuable asset, and success is based on how well the primary functions are performed.

Requirements

• Plastic Injection Molding
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical manufacturing strongly desired
• Leadership/Management Experience
