About The Position
Under general supervision, this role coordinates and conducts daily plant operations to improve production, maintain costs, and ensure safety. The position involves managing daily production activities, entering finished goods into inventory, ordering supplies, and investigating safety regulations and company policies. It may also involve providing support and direction to less experienced plant employees and acting as a team lead.
Requirements
- Four years of prior experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and conducts daily plant operations and maintains inventory for safety and operation supplies.
- Conducts daily production activities; enters finished goods into inventory; orders supplies as needed.
- May assist with the coordination of workflow and assignments.
- Investigates, reviews and controls implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Creates and submits weekly and month end reports as requested.
- May provide support and direction to less experienced plant employees.
