Lead Physical Therapist
About The Position
A facility near Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a comprehensive benefits program that starts Day 1. New graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves leading and mentoring the physical therapy team, supporting staff development, clinical growth, and high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment. The Lead PT will oversee day-to-day PT operations, including staffing, scheduling, delegation, communication, and coordination with other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care. Additionally, the position requires providing hands-on patient care while driving clinical excellence, completing evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and interventions, and promoting positive patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must have completed an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas

- Previous experience in an inpatient setting preferred
