About The Position

As an employee of Coborn's, Inc., the Pharmacy Technician Lead supports the Pharmacist in ensuring the maintenance of efficient pharmacy operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, business development, and regulatory compliance. Duties including but not limited to new and refill orders, insurance adjudication, e-Rx, DUR flags, and rtm batch. Responsible for dispensing of prescriptions, including but not limited to selection of appropriate drug product, counting or measuring sufficient quantity, and labeling prescription bottles, containers, and packaging correctly, neatly, and in an organized manner compliant with company policies. Interact with the Pharmacy Manager about Pharmacy Technician schedules, performance evaluations, and, as needed, conduct or assist in the employee review. What's In It For Me?
