With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states. Job Details We are excited to announce the posting for the Engagement Center Lead Pharmacy Technician! This role is extremely important, as it will work as part of the Patient Care leadership team. The Engagement Center Lead Pharmacy Technician will be expected to lead by example, driving the importance of living our Core Values and delivering on our Patient Promise.

Requirements

  • No active performance management or corrective action
  • 6 months tenure with 6 months spent in current role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to serve as subject matter expert
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 10:30 am until 6:30 pm EST

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Exceptional attendance record
  • Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert with exceptional knowledge around pharmacy practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Displays strong knowledge of ExactCare practices
  • Ability to identify and quickly problem solve patient concerns
  • Demonstrate positive work environment and hold team accountable to expectations
  • Showcases the capacity to effectively multi-task and delegate assignments based on department work load
  • Creating, interpreting, monitoring of salesforce reports and expertise in RX30 and OnBase
  • Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules
  • Effectively communicate coaching of daily performance
  • Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues
