Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of pest control experience preferred (but we train the right person)
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving company
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Can work independently
- Enjoy engaging with clients
Responsibilities
- Run your assigned service route with confidence and efficiency
- Deliver high-quality mosquito and pest treatments that keep homes protected
- Build strong customer relationships through dependable service and clear communication
- Ability to train new hires
- Keep detailed service records and follow established treatment protocols
- Maintain your equipment and vehicle to company standards
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional services
- Problem-solve on the fly like the seasoned pro you're becoming
