The Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is responsible for delivering personal care and support to participants, ensuring their health and well-being. This role assists the department manager with scheduling and staffing and provides guidance and support to team members as needed. The position will work Sunday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Saturday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Additionally, the position will cover two night shift rotations per month, working from 10 pm to 6:30 am. The days for the overnight shifts are very flexible. This program provides services to a community specifically comprised of deaf seniors. All candidates must be willing to learn American Sign Language (ASL).
