About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will lead and coordinate daily aggregate production activities, operate and oversee aggregate processing equipment, monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards, train and guide team members on operational best practices, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team to meet production goals.
