As Lead Person -tasked with running a specific area of production in an efficient and safe manner. Needs to understand the daily schedule and communicate the information to operators. Have an understanding of product rotation – first in first out concept. Ensures orders are processed in accordance with the Boar’s Head's customer service standards. Is also familiar with; standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a warehouse, distribution center, or meat processing facility. The successful candidate will also be able to think proactively, thrive under pressure, and assist the production supervisors in achieving departmental goals and production including the ability to train others and troubleshoot issues.
