Job Summary: Help manage and oversee nightly responsibilities of Night Clean Up Crew. Monitor operation of the Clean in Place (CIP) system. Troubleshoot mechanical problems. Responsible for: overall cleaning of Breaking facility and grounds. Assemble and disassemble equipment, clean with high pressure water and perform general janitorial cleaning.

Requirements

• Awareness and knowledge of surroundings in relation to climate, atmosphere and equipment
• Ability to drive shag truck with/without tanker attached
• Ability to use floor cleaning and refinishing equipment
• Knowledge of basic chemical usage and safety
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
• Ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information through writing and speaking so others will understand
• Hand/Eye/Foot Coordination
• Time Management skills
• Attention to detail
• Leadership Skills
• Independent Self Starter/Team Player
• Mathematical Skills: Basic Arithmetic, count, add and subtract
• Advanced English: fluent in: speaking, writing and reading

Responsibilities

• Help manage and oversee nightly responsibilities of Night Clean Up Crew

• Perform Night Clean Up Crew’s duties and responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with and follow all OSHA safety regulations and procedures
• Understand and interpret company, industry, state and federal regulations
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Help train new sanitation workers on sanitation SOPs
