About The Position

Lead daily HMA plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. Coordinate plant activities, staffing, and workflow to meet quality and output goals. Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Promote and uphold safety practices, environmental compliance, and operational standards. Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and management to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and support a positive, safety‑focused culture.
• Strong understanding of HMA plant processes, equipment, and production flow.
• Capability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and make sound operational decisions.
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across roles and functions.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
