About The Position

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with others.
  • Willingness to participate in daily workload if necessary.
  • Ability to stay-on-task, follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on a timely basis.
  • Positive attitude with a zeal to proactively complete various tasks
  • Willingness to work congruently to supervisor if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manages team through follow up, training, and projects of various processes.
  • Responsible for allocating work and filling call outs to ensure teams’ success.
  • Continuous working knowledge of departmental tasks and processes
  • Communicates with Supervisor and Manager about continuous updates on processes, performance, and daily progress.
  • Maintains responsibility of personal workload
  • Ability to run/print reports, analyze, and execute based on findings.
  • Communicates effectively with interrelated departments to ensure proficiencies in the product life cycle.
  • Forklift certification/operation as well as all duties pertaining to forklift operation.
  • Palletizing and handling of production tickets.
