Overview SolarWinds is seeking a seasoned Lead HRBP to support our North America Go-To-Market organization. This is a senior-level HR business partner role for someone who brings strong business acumen, deep HRBP capability, and the judgment to influence leaders through growth, change, and ambiguity. The ideal candidate is an experienced partner to senior business leaders who can quickly diagnose organizational needs, develop strategic solutions, operationalize those solutions, lead implementation, and measure success over time. This person must balance empathy with pragmatism, bring broad employee relations expertise, and build trusted, credible relationships across their business groups.
