Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a medical environment required.
  • Computer literate, excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Some knowledge of medical insurances preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead others in providing prompt and accurate patient registrations while delivering good customer service.
  • Serve as a lead and the front-line contact person for all incoming patients.
  • Greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families.
  • Ensure that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
