Providence is calling for Lead Patient Admissions Coordinator - Full time, Variable, Onsite. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. Requirements
- Familiarity with basic financial clearance functions (6 months)
- Supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related experience in healthcare setting (3 years)
- Knowledge of Epic applications (1 year)
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent education/experience
- Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (Upon hire)
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) (Upon hire)
- Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) (Upon hire)
- Experience with MEDITECH system
- Coursework in subjects such as team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc. (6 months)
