The Alliance South District of the C&MA is seeking a qualified Lead/Solo Pastor for a modest-sized congregation in eastern Tennessee. The position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance. Requirements

• Agree with the C&MA statement of faith and Alliance polity.
• If not currently holding Alliance credentials, meet the standards for accreditation in the Alliance.
• Be committed to exegetical preaching.
• Hold a complementarian understanding of gender roles.
• Have a conservative evangelical perspective.
• Have ten years of pastoral experience.
• Obtain licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
