About The Position

Friendship Alliance Church in Winthrop, Washington is seeking a Lead Pastor who will passionately love God, model that love by loving and leading the congregation, and represent Christ to the world. The pastor should be devoted to the Great Commission and aligned with the priorities and doctrinal positions of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The church seeks a leader whose character reflects the biblical qualities described in 1 Timothy, including being above reproach, reputable, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, sober, gentle, generous, and stable and respected within his family. The church recognizes that its desired profile may not be fully realized in one person and places its confidence in God’s provision.
