About The Position

The Lead Airline Passenger Assistant is responsible for leading a team of other Wheelchair Agents as well as assisting passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lead a team of other Wheelchair Agents
  • Must be able to assist passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
  • Must be able to ensure productivity levels and customer service requirements are met
  • Must be able to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and compliance standards
