About The Position

UKG is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager to build trusted partnerships and oversee project governance and delivery within its partner ecosystem. The role calls for proactive continuous improvement, project management, and forecasting to drive successful outcomes, supported by strong escalation management, executive presence, and knowledge of the HCM industry. The manager represents UKG on partner-delivered projects, oversees delivery quality and go-live readiness, monitors project status and budgets, and facilitates product support when needed. The role also works with partners on accurate go-live forecasting, enablement plans, resource certifications, and data-driven health reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews. The position may require travel of up to 25%. The stated base pay range is $102,300 to $147,050; employees may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

Requirements

5–8+ years of Professional Services or Consulting experience.
UKG Product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or knowledge of a similar industry product domain.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or another relevant combination of training and experience.
Ability to build and foster trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders who interact with partners.
Ability to facilitate internal and external status meetings covering metrics, performance, and opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to gather and summarize information from involved parties to support accurate business decisions.
Ability to manage partner programs under varying delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage escalations and develop solution paths and remediation plans.
Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

Represent UKG on partner-delivered projects, participate in steering committees, and serve as a point of escalation with executive presence.
Conduct weekly project check-ins and validate key information to ensure projects remain on track and accountable for results.
Ensure partners follow go-live readiness reviews to support quality go-live deliveries.
Facilitate engagement with the Partner Experience Center when partners need product or configuration support.
Collaborate with Partner Operations to manage hours budgets in the UKG PSA system, support and approve change requests, and manage Ready partner module delivery to budget.
Drive engagement with OSAT survey responses to improve referenceability on partner projects.
Collaborate with partners to maintain accurate go-live forecasts, with an objective of keeping go-live pushes below 10%.
Manage and communicate the partner enablement strategy and ensure learning plans address market demands.
Ensure partner resources obtain and maintain certifications necessary for system access.
Lead data-driven program health reviews and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to build trusted partner relationships; work with peers to support a PIP process when required.
Maintain accurate partner portfolio data, including forecast accuracy, push percentage, CSAT, and Time to Live.
Manage partner programs across varying delivery methodologies and identify enablement opportunities that support partner quality and growth.
Manage escalations by identifying problems, solutions, and remediation plans to prevent further escalation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies in support of evolving UKG business needs.
Communicate changes to the partner network and advocate for partners as needed to support a positive partner experience.
