Requirements

Previous experience in a package handling or logistics role.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Forklift certification.
Knowledge of different shipping carriers and their requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the package handling team.
Ensure all packages are sorted, loaded, and unloaded accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
