Requirements

• Previous experience in a package handling or logistics role.

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the loading and unloading of package delivery vehicles.
• Lead and direct a team of package handlers to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Inspect equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
