About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lead Package Handler to join our team. Requirements
- Previous experience in package handling or a related field.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of package handlers.
- Ensure all packages are sorted, loaded, and unloaded accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Train new team members on proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Communicate with management regarding operational status and any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
