About The Position

As a Lead Overnight Casino Cleaning Attendant, you will oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews. You will assist in training, scheduling, and updating station assignments for team members. You will also maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings. Aid in team evaluations and performance reviews. Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back of house. Communicate and delegate tasks and problem solve effectively with all guests, team members, and managers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum one (1) year of EVS experience required
• Good customer service skills and fluency in English is required

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Be standing during the duration of your shift
• Use your hands, crouch, kneel, and be physically active throughout your shift
• Help assist with guests
• Aid in cleaning public areas of the casino
• Be okay with constantly moving
• Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
