About The Position

Capital Electric is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join our high-energy team in Upper Marlboro MD! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be the primary driver of all incoming and outgoing logistics, coordinating your team to ensure peak efficiency. Your mission: keep the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine and help us maintain our status as the undisputed "electrical distributor of choice" in the area!

Requirements

Work 4PM - 1AM Monday - Friday
1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Strong organizational and time management skills to keep operations running smoothly.
Solid foundational reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities.
Possess a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and 70 lbs occasionally
Must be a proficient, safety-conscious forklift operator
Flexible, a pro at multitasking, and ready for anything the day brings.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete journey of our products from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
Oversee all incoming/outgoing logistics, upholding company standards for speed and accuracy.
Guide warehouse associates through daily tasks like packaging, staging, loading, and general material movement.
Ensure every product leaving the warehouse meets our high bar for quality.
Maintain a clean, safe workplace operating within all SOPs and OSHA standards.
Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks with expertise to optimize warehouse flow.
