Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales
Ability to correctly read and interpret prescription specifications and input into the computer.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings.
Ensure lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information.
Dispense completed glasses to patients and educate them on proper care.
Assist the management team with opening and closing the store.
Provide exceptional customer service and stay knowledgeable about sales, promotions, and policies.
Process payment transactions and refunds using the Point of Sale system.
Perform administrative tasks, including processing insurance claims and maintaining patient files.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist with stocking and merchandising.
