Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in retail, customer service, or sales
Ability to correctly read and interpret prescription specifications and input into the computer to ensure lenses are cut properly

Nice To Haves

Experience in the optical industry
Experience in a lead or management position

Responsibilities

Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings.
Ensure lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information for lens processing.
Dispense completed glasses to patients and provide instructions on proper care.
Assist with opening and closing the store as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and stay informed about sales, promotions, and policies.
Process payment transactions and refunds using the Point of Sale system.
Perform administrative tasks, including processing insurance claims and maintaining patient files.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist with stocking and merchandising.
