Lead Operator- 2nd Shift 3p-11p (M-F)

Requirements
- High school degree required
- Experience in the wire & cable industry a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Review documentation / work orders
- Set up work including but not limited to: Move reels in work area, onto and off of the payout and take up machines
- Feed cable through machinery
- Change / adjust tooling
- Label product
- Monitor quality
- Maintain / clean machine
- Store / arrange supplies / materials
- Operate fork trucks and change cylinders
- Document processes
- Communicate with supervisors
- Clean work area
- Train employees
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
