About The Position

Lead and coordinate the activities of test operators to ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently reached.

Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs.
Utilize effective communication skills to achieve required results.
Ability to anticipate and resolve complex, non-routine problems.
Ability to define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions, and drive corrective actions.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to explicitly follow very specific, technical instructions.

Associate’s degree or technical degree in electronics or related field preferred.
Combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
Two years of semiconductor industry experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Assist supervisor in assigning specific jobs from the production load report to test operators.
Ensure test operators follow Quality Documentation Manual procedures to effectively operate equipment and process components.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate team members to achieve work goals.
Ensure the quality of work performed on shift through inspections, instruction, and coaching.
Actively monitor and record data relating to productivity metrics of individual projects.
Assist in training and developing new and existing team members.
Troubleshoot equipment and setups as necessary.
Assist with paperwork and report approvals for test operators.
Serve as primary supervisor during absences or other periods as needed.
Function as a test operator in short durations when directed by the shift supervisor.
Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
