Requirements

  • Must be flexible and willing to work as scheduled including night shift, weekends, rotation / swing shift, holidays and overtime as needed.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to operate large trucks and trailers, including dropping and hooking of liquid tank trailers.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, and/or rail cars.
  • Operating loading systems at PLC, includes syrup sample analysis and documentation.
  • 100% Participation in all safety training, daily safety meetings, and scheduled safety audits.
  • Complete safety initiatives and incentives each month and on time.
  • Participate in the creation of JSA and SOP’s.
  • Knowing the locations of head count areas, emergency evacuation routes and storm shelters.
  • Learning and following area goals and principles.
  • Learning and following of Primient's Policies and procedures
  • Being knowledgeable of the hazards of inclement weather.
  • Startup and shut down procedures for equipment and systems.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and communicate issues.
  • Maintaining Safety and GMP standards in the area.
  • Giving a well communicated and accurate turn over to the next shift.
  • Complete daily documentation and logbook.
  • Knowledge of general rolls and facility care.
