About The Position

Global Dimensions is seeking a Lead Operations Research Analyst for a position at FBI HQ, Washington, DC. This role requires extensive experience in intelligence analysis, particularly within the US Intelligence Community (USIC), and involves developing actionable intelligence leads and classified products. The analyst will utilize various analytical techniques to identify trends, fill information gaps, project events, and develop defensible conclusions. A strong understanding of intelligence and investigative programs, IC resources, and communication skills are essential. Experience with specific analytic tools and a background in foreign financial threats and counterintelligence are also required.

Requirements

  • Possess U.S. Citizenship.
  • Possess a Top-Secret SCI security clearance based on a fully - adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Periodic Reinvestigation that was completed or initiated within the last five (5) years.
  • Clearance and polygraph shall not be within 6 months of expiration at the time of resume submission.
  • Possess a Counterintelligence polygraph.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the FBI or a USIC agency.
  • Experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions.
  • Experience writing actionable intelligence leads and/or classified intelligence products for the USIC in accordance with ODNI tradecraft standards.
  • Experience in using a wide variety of analytical techniques used to determine and communicate trends and patterns, fill gaps in information and project events, identify anomalies, ascribe meaning to events or information from disparate sources, and develop defensible judgements and conclusions based on accepted research and analytical methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in the intelligence and investigative programs’ operations, procedures, techniques, and terminology of the entire IC; the proper development and presentation of information; and the proper fulfillment of related information needs and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of IC resources and experience in acquiring information from intelligence sources to ensure that the information developed is complete, and, where possible, corroborated for accuracy.
  • Experience in oral and written communication, providing information, expert advice, and guidance; persuade others to consider recommendations made/argue a position; and abstract concepts and facts clearly and effectively to share with various entities of the IC.
  • Experience with analytic tools and software to include but not limited to Sentinel, CapIQ, Pitchbook, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access).
  • Basic experience with foreign financial threats and counterintelligence.
