Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Master’s degree + 12 years of relevant experience (or) Bachelor’s + 17 years.
• Ability to work at customer location in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining domain-specific ontologies and knowledge models in support of Object Based Intelligence (OBI) mission requirements.
• Applying semantic web standards — RDF, OWL, and SPARQL — to ensure data interoperability, advanced querying, and seamless integration across internal and external object-management systems.
• Supporting AI/ML model interpretability.
• Facilitating knowledge transfer to Government personnel.
