About The Position

We are seeking a lead online grocery shopper to join our team. As a lead online grocery shopper, you will offer advice and guidance on products, prepare curb side pick-up orders, and assist with customer queries. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and strive to exceed customer expectations. To be successful as a lead online grocery shopper, you should be resourceful, energetic, and pay attention to detail. Outstanding Lead Online Grocery Shoppers add value to the customer experience and work to resolve any issues that they might have.

Requirements

You must be at least 18+ years of age or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed for pick-up and/or delivery.
Providing outstanding service through all touchpoints of the customer experience.
Guiding customers on comparable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
Responding promptly and effectively to customers' feedback, suggestions, and complaints.
Reporting issues and inventory availability to Store Management and E-commerce Coordinator.
Engaging with customers and ensuring any special requests and instructions are followed.
Working to enhance and confirm the accuracy of product pricing and information.
Collaborating with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
