The Lead Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for evaluation/assessment, treatment, education, planning, and utilization of exercises, including administering occupational therapy modalities, treatment, and rehabilitative procedures for individuals limited by physical injury or illness, a dysfunctional condition, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, or a developmental or learning disability. This can be due to trauma, illness, or a condition present at birth. The role also involves assisting in program management and development responsibilities. Some travel may be required for providing services between facilities and for job functions.
