About The Position
We are seeking a leadership-first Registered Nurse to own the success of our boutique IV Nutrition Verona clinic. You will lead a specialized team, manage clinical quality, and drive growth.
Requirements
- Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license with BLS certification
- 3–5 years of vascular access/infusion experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Belief in the value of promoting health, not just treating diseases
- Thrive in a high trust / accountability work environment
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Excellent at building relationships
- Comfortable with multi-tasking while maintaining professionalism, resilience and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Own the clinic's flow and customer experience, team development, and local community engagement
- Oversee safe IV administration and ensure 100% compliance with Medical Director protocols and NJ regulations
- Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of IV Technicians
- Manage daily workflows, staffing levels, and EMR accuracy to ensure a "concierge-level" client experience
- Start IVs all day, guiding and comforting clients
- Solve daily problems, coach staff through challenges, and personally ensure every client receives a consistent, elite experience
