About The Position

Provides senior-level technical leadership for network architecture, complex project delivery, and high-level operational oversight. Designs enterprise network solutions, reviews capital project plans, mentors junior engineers, and serves as the Tier 3 escalation expert. Provides technical direction, assigns tasks, and ensures reliability of the network environment.

Requirements

• Ten years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering, including senior or lead level responsibilities.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security practices.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex network architectures in large or mission-critical environments.
• Skill in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and capital project documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues and serve as final escalation point.
• Ability to lead teams, assign technical tasks, and mentor engineers of varying experience levels.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
