Pavilion is seeking an experienced Lead Multifamily Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for site leadership, trade coordination, scheduling, safety, quality, and ensuring the project remains on track from mobilization through completion. The Lead Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to proactively resolve issues, maintain project momentum, and deliver a safe, high-quality project on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading multifamily construction projects from start through completion.
  • Proven experience leading multifamily construction projects in a Superintendent capacity
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and field coordination
  • Ability to develop and communicate weekly and monthly work plans
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to jobsite safety, quality, and accountability
  • Organized, hands-on leadership style with the ability to anticipate and resolve field issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project management, field teams, subcontractors, and clients

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and field personnel
  • Maintain the project schedule and identify potential delays or conflicts
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and reinforce jobsite safety expectations
  • Coordinate sequencing and logistics across all trades
  • Partner with the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and field conditions
  • Work with the Project Engineer to ensure submittments, RFIs, and clarifications remain current
  • Monitor quality, schedule, and overall jobsite performance
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and photo documentation
  • Communicate project milestones, challenges, and progress to the project team
  • Lead from the field and set clear expectations for accountability, quality, and performance
