About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related experience with stick frame and/or multi-family units and/or training with a General Contractor with at least one year as Lead Superintendent in the Denver market.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.), or preferably a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project), and experience with (or ability to learn) Procore, office equipment and Internet Explorer or other similar Internet tools and experience.
